Trendy stay in a lovely community.
Positive: Roomy. Great hosts. Very good communication throughout. Comfy beds.
Safe location. Lovely decor. Strong sense of community in the area - the cafe was buzzing! (And did fabulous food!)
Negative: The cafe downstairs was a little noisy - there’s a connecting door at the bottom of the stairs and the sound carries up to the flat.
Would have been nice to have toiletries in the shower.

Nice and quiet
Positive: Breakfast in the cafe below was excellent
Negative: The heating wouldn't come on and the kitchen sink was very slow in emptying. The shower again was slow draining and wasn't very clean

Positive: Spacious, well equipped, stylish, bit quirky. 15 minute walk to centre from tree- lined street next to park. Responsive and friendly hosts. Lovely pizza cafe bar below with delicious brunch menu.

Based in clean quiet, Estate wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again
