A great value last minute booking - could not have been better. Positive: Location - quiet, easy parking and above a super cafe / restaurant. Clean and welcoming, well thought out instructions and great wallpaper!

Lovely stay in lovely Lincoln Positive: Really lovely, quirky little place. We stopped here for a night to explore Lincoln on our way up to Northumberland. The lounge area was cosy and the beds were comfortable after a long day of walking. The cafe/bar downstairs is also a must-try. We had a delicious breakfast there before setting off after our stay. Great staff too. Highly recommend. Negative: The only minor downside is that the shower didn’t have much water pressure.

Trendy stay in a lovely community. Positive: Roomy. Great hosts. Very good communication throughout. Comfy beds. Safe location. Lovely decor. Strong sense of community in the area - the cafe was buzzing! (And did fabulous food!) Negative: The cafe downstairs was a little noisy - there’s a connecting door at the bottom of the stairs and the sound carries up to the flat. Would have been nice to have toiletries in the shower.
