The Tree House; walk to city; common views

A warm hug of a stay, well worth a visit Positive: The property has a wonderful vibe & is decorated in a way that has a real loving touch. The owners advocate a community feel to their premises and it shows. Communication before and after was excellent They are a very welcoming owners Negative: We were pre-warned that there was live music nearby which was loud. Once this finished (before 8pm) and people had dispersed the area was completely quiet. I would suggest this was a one-off though and we were out seeing Lincoln for part of it. And if not for young children we may even have joined the event.

A great value last minute booking - could not have been better. Positive: Location - quiet, easy parking and above a super cafe / restaurant. Clean and welcoming, well thought out instructions and great wallpaper!

Lovely stay in lovely Lincoln Positive: Really lovely, quirky little place. We stopped here for a night to explore Lincoln on our way up to Northumberland. The lounge area was cosy and the beds were comfortable after a long day of walking. The cafe/bar downstairs is also a must-try. We had a delicious breakfast there before setting off after our stay. Great staff too. Highly recommend. Negative: The only minor downside is that the shower didn’t have much water pressure.
